By downloading or using Beauty Shelf, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. About Beauty Shelf
Beauty Shelf is a personal organization and tracking application for skincare and personal care products and routines.
The app allows users to organize products, create routines, record usage, review history, and track product expiration information.
2. Not medical advice
Beauty Shelf is not a medical application and does not provide medical, dermatological, diagnostic, or treatment advice.
Information stored or displayed in the app should not be used as a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
3. Product information
Some product information may be obtained from community-maintained external databases after scanning a barcode.
Beauty Shelf does not guarantee that this information is complete, current, or accurate.
Users should verify important information directly from product packaging or the product manufacturer.
4. Free trial
Beauty Shelf may provide a 30-day free trial with access to all available features.
The free trial does not automatically renew and is not a subscription.
After the trial period ends, access to the main features of Beauty Shelf will be blocked unless the permanent unlock has been purchased.
5. Permanent unlock
Beauty Shelf can be permanently unlocked through a one-time In-App Purchase.
The purchase is processed by Apple's App Store and is subject to Apple's applicable payment and refund policies.
If you have previously purchased the permanent unlock using the same Apple account, you may use the Restore Purchases option inside the app.
6. User data
Your products, routines, history, and related information remain stored even if the free trial expires and access to the app becomes restricted.
Beauty Shelf may synchronize this information using your private iCloud account when iCloud is available.
7. Availability of services
Beauty Shelf relies on services provided by Apple and may also use external product databases.
Some features may be temporarily unavailable due to network conditions, service outages, third-party changes, or technical issues beyond our control.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass purchase restrictions, or use the app in violation of applicable laws.
9. Changes to the app
Beauty Shelf may be updated over time to add, modify, or remove features, improve reliability, or maintain compatibility with Apple platforms and third-party services.
10. Limitation of liability
Beauty Shelf is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Luxma Studio is not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate user-entered information, third-party product data, service interruptions, or the use of the application.
11. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated when the application or its services change.
